You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. To start a return, email supportbeginsco@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you instructions.

Items should be unused and in their original packaging. We may reduce your refund if an item has been used beyond what is needed to inspect it. Once we receive your return, we will refund the item price to your original payment method within 14 days. Return postage is paid by the customer.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
